Hotel Neem Tree

The owner of the property personally reached out, enquirer about our stay and when I mentioned it was my first visit to Shirdi- helped us make all arrangements. I was able to leave my little children alone in the room while I went to attend the 5am aarthi. The place was very safe. We fell sick one day when they made arrangements to meet a local doctor after which we were fine in a few hours. They even made travel arrangements for sightseeing to nashik and Ellora.

If u have to find something then I would say the size of the soap….LOL

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They guided me about Darshan.

They sent me to a restaurant for dinner that was bad

The owner of the property himself made enquiries about arrival and took care of our needs which I have not experienced anywhere in my travel of over 4) yrs

All the rooms are spacious and lavish, I am happy with Service and staff was so cooperative and helpfull...

We are a family of 4 people staying for 2 days in Hotel Neem Tree.Rooms are Clean and Good.Location is very much accessible to the temple and is situated on the main road.Food was not provided in the hotel, but we do have a lot of options within 100m from the hotel.Free parking is available.The Best thing about the hotel is that the Staff and receptionist are very welcoming, understanding and ensuring to provide whatever customer needs.

Staff is amazing. It is a well managed property. Located in the prime location..

I liked everything but wanted them to improve on certain facilities like they have provided towel and soap . I expected them to provide other toiletries too. Wadrobe in our room is small. If it is full length wadrobe that would be much better.

Staff was very helpful.. gave us an early check-in and late check out.. hotel though not very fancy was clean and with all the requirements for a comfortable stay.

I didn't like are the towels and other linens.It should be more clean

Breakfast was good. I liked the staff behaviour. They're treated us well. Location was nice. Mainly whatever food they prepared all are fresh. Thank you soo much for the nice breakfast

TV channels weren't working. Bed size should be bigger. It was smaller for 3 persons. That's it.

Staff was very courteous. Very helpful in arraging cabs at better rate. The store they have also provides better prices compared to outside market. Close to temple and also on main road. No need to worry if we have aarti early in morning or late at night. Contact hotel directly to get better prices. Rooms are vey big.

Bathroom cleanliness could be better, but for the buildings age it is very well maintained. Need to ask for AC to turn on, but they will turn it on. There were sounds from road, but you would be so tired you will get to sleep quickly. "Hot" water was bearly lukewarm. You won't get steaming hot water.

Room Size

Facilities offered by hotel. TV was not working as there was no set-up box. after request, hotel staff arranged it from other room. the TV still did not worked. No WiFi provided despite request. water tap was loosen. 1 out of 5 charging points is in working condition. Tea has been offered in a disposable glass. Lucky to get the car parking as limited parking is available.Hotel charges are very high as compared to the facilities offered. Will not recommend anyone unless no option is available nearby.

A very lousy place

There is no proper staff in the hotel.One cup of coffee is served after one hour after repeated reminders in a very small paper cup.On Sunday morning we had no hot water for bathing. After a wait for nearly one hour Luke warm water was provided in a dirty small bucket to us. Will never again check into this lousy place.

Bed covers have not changed. Room has lot of road noise

The hotel located near the Bus stand, Shirdi. Room is spacious and good interiors.

I was shocked that they charged 2500+ taxes per room but bathroom taps are not working properly. When I was opened the room the room was also smelling. After complaining at reception the room boy was come and clean the room. Finally i am not satisfied.
